[no squash] Use manual DI to inject Fetcher class

Variant of https://github.com/RSS-Bridge/rss-bridge/pull/2910 that uses manual dependency injection instead of autowiring facilitated by DI container.

What this PR does

This is in preparation to allow us injecting Cache instance, commits to be reviewed independently:

Moved most of the stuff in lib/contents.php into a new Fetcher class so that it can receive Cache.
Injected Fetcher into the BridgeAbstract via a constructor manually passing it, starting from index.php.
Used a custom Rector rule to switch to the methods of fetcher.

RSS-Bridge should be fully functional at each of the commits.

This pr makes it easier to turn rssbridge into a library. But I changed my mind on this one. I want to preserve the free functions such as getContents etc.
