[Facebook Bridge] Constant updates about photos added to existing album

Describe the bug I get a new message every day about photos, that were added to an album of a user, but these photos were added only once and days ago.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add this feed to your reader
2. Mark everything as read in this feed
3. Wait one day
4. On the next day, a new entry should appear about (already existing) photos that were added to an album

Expected behavior Get updates of newly added photos only once and not every day.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Ubuntu 19.10
• RSS-Reader: QuiteRSS 0.19.2

According to the developer of QuiteRSS, the Facebook Bridge is erroneously generating a new ID for this entry, even if nothing has changed. So the problem occurs while generating the .xml file and should affect all other RSS readers as well. Therefore, it would be great, if somebody could have a look on this.

Keep in mind that only entries without linked titles are affected by this. An example would be entries about newly added photos, as described above.
