Add Section of Maps

What's this about?:

I made a repository where the community can publish maps for the different versions of the game currently. I already started with mine; are 2 Pixel Arts, I'm going to do more, but I do not have time...

It took some time to decide whether I should merge this or not. I decided on doing it, if you maintain the maps repository. I don't think you will get many pull requests but you have to look for the repository.
