"Skip tutorial" can be featured as a config option
Not very fan that was added back in the first reopening, since some people learned mechanics with it. Anyways option can be featured as config option
Seems good in theory, but I think we should honour the "skip tutorial" opcode by default.
I think experienced users will be annoyed if they can't find the button if it is off by default.
I think inexperienced users will not usually find the button under the wrench menu anyway, but definitely wouldn't know how to turn it on/off in RSC+ settings.
The server owners still have the power to not send the "enable skip tutorial button" opcode in either circumstance & users still have the power to not click the button in either circumstance.
