Logistic Pipes chunk loading issue / not updating changes

Replacing a crafting pipe or crafting chassis reduces the new crafter's output amount and sometimes to its default amount, ignoring all item extraction upgrades, until the chunk is reloaded. If you're using singleplayer, re-enter the save.
