Major TPS lag when Filling Storage with Infinite

My TPS climbed to 120 while trying to fill a barrel with only two crafting steps involved. The network requested the entire amount missing that would fit, where to reduce major lag, it would make much more sense to request a certain stack size at a time, and then update when completed. Not only that, but when items "bounce," if they bounce at the same tick as the inventory receives or outputs something else, the system will crash, with a ticking block.

Using version 0.10.3.62
