Runelite Client Crashes When Attempting To Install HD Plugin

Describe the bug when trying to install the plugin my client instantly crashes. when i try and reopen the client it opens for a second but is completely transparent and then closes. i have to uninstall and re install just to use runelite.

I posted about a similar issue and have yet to get a response. The "Turn GPU off" issue resolve in the FAQ on discord is either not clear enough for me, or if it is what i think it is and just something to switch off on the configuration tab on the client, it doesnt resolve it. So i dont know.
