HD plugin not turning on

Describe the bug Recently upgraded my pc and now the plugin no longer works. Gpu is a PowerColor Red Dragon Radeon 570. When running the program on low performance mode so that it runs on my Cpu (i7-12700k) the plugin works fine. However when forced on to high performance mode it forces itself off.

Environment (please complete the following information):

OS: Windows 10
RuneLite version: 1.8.7 64bit

The first log is High Performance, the latter is Low Performance.

Can you confirm if this is still happening to you? Your log looks like it was selecting the generic windows driver. Did you have the driver installed from AMD?
