Maxed GPU usage on Dynamic Lights Many (100)
Describe the bug Dynamic Lights Many (100) causes GPU usage to max out and slow down other aspects of the game
To Reproduce Set Dynamic Lights to Many (100)
Expected behavior Graphic setting not realistically usable, expect normal GPU usages within the settings. Possible unoptimized code or a bug from a change, don't recall the usage being this high before a recent patch.

Environment (please complete the following information): Windows 10 Runelite 1.7.24
Having the same issue, GTX 1080.
Works well for me on RTX 3080, if that's any helpful information to go off of :)
Blasted it up on 5120x1440 resolution, and went to GE on World 1. Roughly 30FPS and 60% GPU usage.
I pushed a change that may fix the issue. if one of you has the repo cloned, please try pulling the change and let me know if it improves your performance

Still quite taxing in Prif with Dynamic Lights: Many (100), however there is definitely a noticeable improvement in other areas.
