[Bug]: Campaign, GM panel refresh trigger
Describe the Problem
When you drag and drop macros from tokens to the GM or Campaign panels (and likely other panels), they do not update on connected clients. However if you edit / save any macro, the panels update.
The Solution you'd like
Any update to the panel should cause all connected clients to update their panels similar to what a edit/save will do, today.

Deleting macros in the Campaign panel also does not propagate and the deleted macros are usable on clients until something else is done that will update the panel.
I don't think this is a feature request. I think this is a long standing bug (at least back to 1.15). A (potentially) shared panel like Campaign Macros should always be synced to clients.
