[Feature]: Campaign Properties dialog to have an Apply button
Describe the Problem
When I'm changing things in Campaign Properties, the only way to apply the changes is to click OK which then also closes the Campaign Properties dialog.
If I want to make further changes I have to re-open Campaign Properties, click the tab I want, scroll to the position, etc.
The Solution you'd like
When I'm changing things in Campaign Properties, sometimes I would like to apply the changes and the Campaign Properties dialog to stay open. An Apply button would be great here.
Similar to the macro editor dialog which has Apply, OK, and Cancel buttons.
Alternatives that you've considered.
Living with it.

I was hoping that we could eventually move away from "OK" and "Apply" methods someday... and have a more modern "save on change" method.
