[Feature]: Easier local URI asset access.

Describe the Problem

Given that URIs are supported and useful in tokens and some functions now, knowing what the URI is for any given local asset should be more accessible.

The Solution you'd like

In macros, the URI could be in the button's right-click menu: "Get URI"

On tokens it could be in the config.

States could show in the States Tab.

Am I missing other things? (i.e. tables? add-on assets?)

Alternatives that you've considered.

Have some kind of "Campaign Explorer" window with an asset tree showing URIs?

Bonus for Token ID's being just as easily accessible.
