[Bug]: MapTool Menu > Edit macro code editor items duplicated for each macro code editor window

Describe the Bug

When opening multiple macro editors, the following menu items are duplicated under the main MapTool Edit menu for each macro editor window but with no indication of which macro editor window they apply to (see screenshot).

To Reproduce

1. Open more than one macro editor
2. Open the MapTool menu Edit menu item
3. Observe duplicated macro editor items, e.g.

Edit > Find...		Ctrl+F
Edit > Replace...	Ctrl+H
Edit > Goto Line...	Ctrl+L
Show Find Search Bar	Shift+Ctrl+F
Show Replace Search Bar	Shift+Ctrl+H

Expected Behaviour

Either display once and apply to the macro editor window that has focus. Or provide an indication of which macro editor window the menu item applies to (but then keyboard shortcuts not applicable when more than one macro editor window is open). Or move these MapTool menu items to the Macro Editor window menu.
