[Feature]: Add presets for Map Labels and improve label support

Describe the Problem

With the introduction of more configurable labels in 1.15 it hilights how awkward and manual a task it can be to have to make sure all your labels look alike.

The Solution you'd like

• Add the ability to define presets for label colours, padding, font size etc
• Add the ability for labels to be viewable to all or just GMs
• Add the ability for labels to be ellipses or rectangles, possibly triangles as well
