[Feature]: Gray out Terrain fields on token when "AI" Pathing is not active.

Describe the Problem

The built-in terrain modifier features only do something when the AI pathing feature is on. It's confusing to new users when they attempt to use it and it appears to do nothing.

The Solution you'd like

When the AI pathing feature is toggled off, gray out the "Terrain Modifier" and "Ignore Terrain" fields in Edit Token/Config.
