[Feature]: Provide a WYSIWYG HTML editor that can be invoked from MTScript as part of the MapTool API

Describe the Problem

We would like to maintain HTML documents as part of our MapTool framework where users would be able to format the text with those things typically provided by HTML like bullet items, tables, bold facing, etc.

We'd like to maintain the text mostly in a WYSIWYG editor with the ability to directly change the markup, if needed, on a separate tab.

The Solution you'd like

Features like those provided on the current Edit Token dialog in MapTool 1.11.X are desired.

Alternatives that you've considered.

The only current alternative is to edit marked up text directly in HTML. Because of tag mismatches and other typos, this can be very error prone. Therefore, a WYSIWYG editor is highly desired.
