[Bug]: View settings (Straight Line Width Doubled) not remembered between sessions
Describe the Bug
Settings in the View menu are not remembered between sessions. The biggest issue is with the Straight Line Width Doubled setting; others are easy to toggle or not something that needs to be "enforced" by the GM.
If your ruling for area of effect is that a square must be more than half filled to be affected by a given AoE, you'll need to uncheck Straight Line Width Doubled every time you start MapTool--and all your players will need to, as well.
The other View settings are more visual (and maybe Players that display token labels or grids all the time would prefer not having to check those every time), but this particular setting feels like more of a GM-level choice that should have enforcement.
To Reproduce
- Open MapTool
- Toggle a setting in the View menu
- Close and Re-open MapTool
- See that the setting has been reset
Expected Behaviour
Client-level settings should be remembered between sessions. This is how the Preferences work, so I'd expect preference-like settings behave similarly.
