[Feature]: "Show Portrait" like "Show Handout"

Feature Request

As a gm i often use Tokens with Portraits for the NPCs and enemies. Since i spend a lot of time in searching for good images i would also like my players to see them. The problem is: The portraits are only shown as 175px images in the corner of the screen on mouseover. Im aware of the fact that this 175px can be changed in the settings. But as far as i know it only affects the local setup. So all my players would have to change this manully. The second issue with this kind of "solution": It looks ugly. Especially when not all of my tokens have a portrait and a low-resulution token pops up way too large.

I would like an easy way for my players to see NPCs token portraits in reasonable resolution.

The Solution you'd like

Since there is already a feature in the context menu of the tokens called "show handout", i think the best solution would be to add a "show portrait", which should also be available without token ownership so players can investigate the portraits of the NPCs.

Alternatives that you've considered.

Another solution would be to change the size of the image-box showing up on mouseover depending on the settings AND some constraints. The 175px, which are default should be the maximum size. If the show image has a lower resolution, which is mostly the case if i only use tokens without portraits. It should be smaller. One approch could be to limit the size to the resolution of the shown image. In this case a fixed minimum would also make sense. Another approach would be to add a different size for the case only a tokenimage is there and no portrait. But that would increase the extensive ammount of settings even more.

Another solution could be an possibility to unlock "Show Handout" also if the current player does not have ownership over the token. Im not sure why this is locked for players right now, so there might be some plausible reasons for that.
