[Feature]: More logging need, especially in net.rptools.maptool.client.script.javascript.JSScriptEngine

I have not gone through every logger in the application, but some loggers, especially net.rptools.maptool.client.script.javascript.JSScriptEngine, do practically nothing. Especially debug logging is sorely missing.

The Solution you'd like

More debug logging should be available. Several loggers do hardly nothing.
