[Bug]: Vertically flipped tokens' layout does not make sense

Describe the Bug

Specifically happens for top-down tokens if one is flipped vertically, go into its Edit Token, change the Layout in Config, the token will be incorrectly shifted, even though it looks correct in Layout

To Reproduce

1. RMB on token - Flip - Vertical
2. Edit Token - Config - change the token's vertical position visually on the Layout section
3. Observe the issue on the map, rotate token's facing to see the actual center point, etc. Also seen well when you try to move the token on a grid, it will be visibly off-grid

Expected Behaviour

The center point when changed in Layout should line up with the vertically flipped token's
