[Bug]: Exporting a table into an existing file causes the assets folder to merge with the old one

Open Lector opened this issue 2 years ago • 0 comments

Describe the Bug

Exporting a table into an existing file causes the assets folder to merge with the old one. This not only can cause confusion because of strange assets of the last export. This can also lead to growing tables because old data is not removed when you always export to the same filename, which makes sense.

To Reproduce

  1. Create a table with an image.
  2. Create another table with another image.
  3. Export table 1
  4. Export table 2 into the SAME mttable-File
  5. When unzipping the mttable-File it should contains assets of both tables

Expected Behaviour

When exporting into an existing file i would expect maptools to aske me if i want to replace the existing file. When doing so it should replace the old file instead of merging into it.
