Warning before saving campaign file in program directory

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Some people will save their campaign file/framework in the program directory. This can cause problems during upgrades to new versions, especially if the new version requires uninstalling the previous version.

Describe the solution you'd like When using Save As to save a campaign file, it should check the location to see if it is the program directory, or a subdirectory thereof, and display a warning to the effect of "This is a bad idea, and you could lose this file during a future update." Maybe do the same check for saving an existing campaign, with a warning to the effect of "This is currently saved in the program directory, and here's why you should move it."

Describe alternatives you've considered The only alternative that comes to mind is to modify the uninstaller to only remove files the installer installed, but that seems fraught with peril.
