Default card deck with jokers should have 2 jokers

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The default tables include a standard card deck with 53 'cards' and a single joker. Standard card decks have 54 cards with 2 jokers.

Describe the solution you'd like I think the default card deck with a joker should have its default range changed from '53' to '53-54', so it both showcases the use of a hyphenated range in the table for users and so the weight of drawing a joker.

Describe alternatives you've considered Have two entries for the joker, so the new 'Pick Once' option works with them as expected if it does not somehow account for hyphenated ranges in table rows.

Additional context Came across this while adding some basic table documentation to the Wiki. I think this will be easy to fix and am willing to try, but would appreciate some feedback on the best implementation - two rows with the same image (53, 54) or one row with a range (53-54)?

Ideally it would be two entries with different Jokers as some games distinguish between the two jokers.

Here is the joker simply rotated 180 degrees which shows the suits in a different arrangement which may suffice in the absence of being to edit the original source file? There is a noticeable shift in the borders however.
