Add Text Label option to token.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Sometimes it's nice to add some text to a token image.

Describe the solution you'd like Having a layer for one or more text labels could be nice.

Bonus would be if it could load small images for label frames to go under the text.

Describe alternatives you've considered Currently do this in Gimp.

I see a second "need" in this image. Add another layer that is on top, e.g. Background -> Portrait -> Overlay -> Label? (Top? better name?)

I would think Text would be possible on any layer, you may want the overlay (with transparencies) to sit on top of the text. (maybe even below a portrait with transparency?)

Having text available on any layer would be good. Have a Overlay/Decorations/Flair(heh) top layer is good.
