Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath [NPEB00645] Graphical glitches, vertex issues
RPCS3 version: 0.0.6-8420-230c3d55 Alpha System specs: i9-9900k/32 GB/RTX 2080 Ti/Windows 10.0.17763
Note: Tested with game version 1.00 (the original release), the issues still apply with 1.02 and probably 2.00 (which is a pre-patched rerelease with fixes and additional features).
The game suffers from graphical glitches in form of overblooming (in neon signs, lights, water and other effects) and stretched vertex in all characters (all seen in the screenshot). RPCS3.log.gz

Provided a RSX Capture, even if by loading it back with RPCS3, I get even weirder graphical glitches.

EDIT
The overbloom is fixed, but now there's a new glitch regarding the skybox: there's some weird ghosting/trailing going on. You can see it on the left.

Do you need some updated RSX captures?
Wouldn't hurt to add. Though usually vertex issues are usually caused by SPU problems which is why this is not on my queue.
Retested on RPCS3 v0.0.34-17437 and issue is still occurring.
Problem occurs both with the LLVM recompiler and the static intepreter. Also tried the following settings which make no difference: Accurate XFloat, Accurate SPU DMA, PPU Vector NaN Fixup
