I also tried the recommended configurations of the wiki.
Missing log file, repro steps, as well as save data to access said area easily.

Just play a bit more than half of the level and it should crash.
I recently played through this start to finish (maybe 2 months ago, can't remember exact version but I think it was already 0.0.34-xxxxx) and didn't experience this exact crash in this location on Ryzen + Nvidia 4070 laptop. I had similar crash though (ending with generic device lost error) occur repeatedly at the very beginning of Reepor planet, I eventually got through the problem segment by repeating it many, many times - no settings tweak or disabling/enabling the crash fix patch helped. I had couple additional random crashes in few other places but they wouldn't repeat and were not frequent. This game always had problems with crashing as far as I know but it for sure got better since the crash fix patch works again.

Maybe it depends on the game version, i have right now the europe release (i dont have the other ones to test it). Maybe the OG USA release its more stable on RPCS3.
I did play through the whole game on ng+ and didn't freeze during rakar. Although I last tested while testing the freeze fix for black label BCUS98127 which was around a month or 2 so I can't really say it applies to rn. Don't think it's specific to game version
Can't replicate the freeze for this case. Can get pass the lava harvester section and to boss with no issue (also with canary patch and save provided)
