[Regression] Broken Layout menu options

A user on discord witnessed that problem, it only affects the “None and WindowsVista” theme, the rest works perfectly.

This is not our bug. This is a bug in Qt. Who knows when It's gonna be fixed. Keeping it open in case someone stumbles on this again.

This has been fixed upstream btw. So it's just a matter of waiting for a future Qt version containing the fix.
