[Feature request] View the online friends list from the home menu.

Quick summary

This one applies more to Steam Deck than other platforms, but it'd still be faster and nicer if I could hit home and go look at who is online without needing to go back to the RPCS3 UI and click through several buttons.

As above, it's not a really long subject, but it's a huge QOL upgrade.. especially for Deck users who have set up auto-launch for individual games and can't just exit back to RPCS3 to view their friends list.
