Opengl + Strict Rendering Mode Dark Textures
Quick summary
When using OpenGL with Strict Rendering Mode inside of Shadow of Mordor the textures in the start menu show as black and without color. The issue is not present with Vulkan.

Strict Rendering Mode isn't necessary to play the game. I just happened to stumble across this.
Capture shows black screen on vulkan as well. I'll have to try the real game to verify.

Here is a new capture where I see the capture working as intended
The older capture was showing the main character as all black silhouette
Opengl + strict rendering mode only shows the title and press to continue
Still persists after recent OpenGL changes. Not that it was believed to change from those changes.
