Had the same issue with the first serpent boss.
Hello. I was also suffering from the exact same symptoms. This problem seems to occur when a delay is required to exchange data between the graphics driver and the program, and was alleviated by adding two registry keys using the steps in the URL below (if these keys are missing In this case, RPCS3 will crash in no time).

It seems that by setting the wait time before crashing, RPCS3 can do the correct calculations. It may freeze for a few seconds, but it will work immediately.
RPCS3 will crash in no time).
“no time” is Japanese English. The exact was "RPCS3 crashes immediately".
@nakiri-nekoman I will try this and see if it solves the issue, thanks for the information :)
I tried adding the registry keys but my game is still crashing regularly, I cannot tell a difference in the crashing frequency after adding the registry keys. This issue is not fixed with this method for me :( Thanks anyway, I appreciate the information!
