Test Drive Unlimited 2 - Flickering graphics occurs when using native resolution
Quick summary
The game starts to flicker everytime when the camera doesn't move at native 720p resolution. Also happens during cutscenes aswell.
Details
Moving around doesn't causes flickering to occur.

But if I stand very still, the game starts to flicker a lot.

However if I try upscaling the resolution up to 1080p and stand still, the flickering is gone.

~Setting this to 1080p does not resolve flickering on this test system (tested with Vulkan backend).~
Nevermind, setting resolution scale to 150% (1920x1080) does resolve this issue, tested and confirmed.

@Shoegzer could you please check if the issue at native resolution as been also fixed?
It has not been fixed. Flickering is perhaps most obvious on the overhead map screen. Tested against latest commit 73c984a63775aa30f63e623369fe939b7e14df1f.
