Quick summary

A silly minor bug, but still, it is better to report it, this affects the story mode, once you finish the Chocolate level, and further levels up to Mob Rules. No RSX settings can't fix this

Still an issue, if you think it is now fixed, it is not, if you leave it and enter again, the dialog is still missing
