Linux appimage: camera support: missing gstreamer plugin

Quick summary

When I try to open camera settings in linux rpcs3 appimage, I get the error message that selected camera is not available and the following error message in stdout: Error: cannot create camera service, the 'camerabin' plugin is missing for GStreamer 1.14 Then in the window that appears camera present in the list, but shows nothing.

It started to work fine since move to qt6
