Bug: Remember Me main character looks "Wet"

The main character in the game has a very weird look, reflecting the surroundings as if she was Wet. No settings fix it and there have been reports of it being a thing since 2017, so it's likely not a regression either BLUS31012_screenshot_2022_06_18_17_11_33 BLUS31012_20220618171043_capture.zip
