Blitz The League II BLUS30203 'sys_mutex_unlock' failed

Hi RPCS3 team. I've seen sporadic videos of Blitz II working previously, so I'm not sure if it's a regression or not. I also know there was a recent Vulkan fix for the game, but it's throwing a different error for me. Seems to be spamming sys_mutex erros.

Game freezes either in the opening video or shortly after. Running 0.0.20-13282. Log attached. RPCS3.zip

the game is not marked as being playable or ingame on the compatibility list. This is a pointless issue at this time.

kd-11 has advised he can go ingame, though I am also getting this error, it is possible that it only affects some hardware?

Can this issue please be re-opened, the reason the game is not playable or ingame is because of this issue.

This game is still broken with the same error. Is there a chance someone could look into it?
