[WORKAROUND] Disable DeviceGroupedConvFwdMultipleABD_Xdl_CShuffle_V3 kernel until fixed in CK

DeviceGroupedConvFwdMultipleABD_Xdl_CShuffle_V3 contains a bug and is being fixed in CK.

We are disabling it until it is fixed in CK.

This is a workaround, and an issue was created for it #3661

The fix https://github.com/ROCm/composable_kernel/pull/2038 for CK has been tested and confirmed to be a solution for the issue. To perform the tests the following docker image was built rocm/miopen:ci_eeae1d.
