[gtest] Unit test for ConvWinoFuryRxS

This PR adds unit test for ConvWinoFuryRxS.

Additional changes:

  • Old test_drive()-based test has been removed
  • GetDefaultSolution() has been introduced
  • Test builds have been sped up by about 3x by adding a common static library
  • Several fixes in ConvFwdSolverTestBase, ConvFwdSolverTest, ConvBwdSolverTest (critical) and ConvWrwSolverTest (critical)
  • Added a general framework for convolution solver unit test
