System Find-db: 4 solvers limitation

The artificial limitation by 4 solvers reduces the useful effect of #2065. What we have now is better, but still similar as before, when we had a similar restriction: 4 algorithms, one solver per algo. The find-db format has been changed precisely to overcome this limitation.

On the other hand, when I tested the new find-db format, I did not impose any restrictions. I specifically checked the size of the new user database. It turned out to be about the same as it was before, thanks to the exclusion of unused fields. If this was not so, then I would at least explicitly indicate this in #2065 as a quiet side effect.
