when to add hipgraph into migraphx
as we know, hipgraph could help reduce the cost of hip api level, do migraphx have the plan to add hip graph into migraphx

We've been discussing this topic and, while we don't have an exact ETA yet, we do have a branch with a rudimentary prototype available. Please note that the branch is a bit outdated, so you may need to set the environment variable MIGRAPHX_ENABLE_HIP_GRAPH=1 for it to function correctly.
