hcc: command not found

I did all the steps, i even followed the instructions on the official docker site, but in the last time when i enter "hcc --version" it gives me that command not found!! and for the command "/opt/rocm/bin/rocminfo" it gives me "Unable to open /dev/kfd read-write: Permission denied Failed to get user name to check for video group membership" even i am sure i am in the render group
