- Implement printing out of device count to standard output - Implement printing out of device attributes retrieved by hipDeviceetAttribute - Implement printing of device properties retrieved by hipGetDeviceProperties.
CUDA provides a way for using the legacy stream via `cudaStreamLegacy` handle. Why does HIP lack this feature?
- Validate that hipGetDeviceFlags returns flags with which the current context was created.
