[Documentation]: Explicitly state APU support status separately for both HIP and ROCm on Linux

Description of errors

I want clarity on what APUs are supported on Linux for both ROCm and for HIP. If none, make it clear.

https://rocm.docs.amd.com/projects/install-on-linux/en/latest/reference/system-requirements.html The above documentation lists linux supported hardware for ROCm on Linux. There should either be a column for APUs or a sentence stating that no APUs support ROCm on Linux.

https://rocm.docs.amd.com/projects/HIP/en/latest/install/install.html A second point of confusion is that the above page says "HIP SDK installation for Windows", but "ROCm installation for Linux" rather than "HIP for Linux". Why is there no HIP-specific (not full ROCm) supported hardware table for Linux, the way there is for Windows, at the link below? Make it clear whether HIP can run on APUs and if so, which ones. https://rocm.docs.amd.com/projects/install-on-windows/en/develop/reference/system-requirements.html

Attach any links, screenshots, or additional evidence you think will be helpful.
