equivalent asm for PTX assemble 'mov.b64' and 'cvt.rni.s64.f32'

Hi, I meet these PTX codes in my cuda application:

1. mov.b64 for valu, I only find s_mov_b64 and v_mov_b32 in GCN ISA document
2. cvt.rni.s64.f32 for valu, I only find v_cvt_f64_f32 in GCN ISA document

Is there any equivalent instructions for these two PTX instructions? If not, is there a way to workaround?
