Use uncached memory for heap type

The uncached memory allocation type should be used for gfx942 for remote memory access.

@BKP I am honestly nervous about this PR, can we discuss this in today's sync? I am wondering about the impact on the compute operations, as well as about the fact that we do not use coherent heap anymore?
