[Issue]: Documentation for ROCSHMEM

Problem Description

Need the documentation for ROCshmem as there is some API difference in nvshmem to ROC_SHMEM, so cant convert directly like HIP. Can you please provide the documentation for it. I have tried to convert the code using the header file but still some APIs like alltoall or <>_on_stream APIs are not clearly stated on how to use and whats the complete API for them. Can anyone please provide it ?
