    • OS is not working which is provided on the official site. It is saying update and screen getting stuck. I'm having Raspberry Pi 4 B with 2GB RAM

Hi @MalikaGawande. It is recommended to install ubuntu 18.04 server instead of raspi based OS.

Please refer to the attached image and reinstall.

I tried using this image and I'm getting the following error which is shown in image below and screen getting stuck on that display

@MalikaGawande I'd like to know where the problem is. Have you proceeded to 3.2.6 Configure the WiFi Network Setting? Thank you for attaching a picture where the screen freezes with an error.

Hi! I am experiencing the same problem. I was wondering if this issue has been solved? And if so what the solution is. I am using the same software and hardware.
