Create basic gene page with igv.js browser

We should create some basic gene pages (Sequences in gene and browser only). We should use the igv.js browser for this as it seems to be much better than what we have and can integrate more external data sources into it. Part of the release will be to create and push such pages. They won't be linked or announced but we will be able to find them using internal ids. We should plan to replace the old genome browser with the one developed here. This will help us with changes we need to make later for adding lncRNA specific features as that requires a better genome browser.
