Submit data to Europe PMC

RNAcentral should submit mapping between RNAcentral sequences and publications to Europe PMC.

External Links service supports linking the data from publications in Europe PMC back to the data resources. Example: https://europepmc.org/article/PMC/1043860#data

We need to generate two files, one describing the link set - what kind of resource these are linking to, and the other one containing the links. Once the links have been set up they appear in the “Data” section of the article, are searchable via advanced search and APIs, and they will comprise part of the publication metrics as data citations in the “Citations & Impact section”.
