Figure out if it is possible to improve the ordering of organisms

There was some confusion at the SAB about what organisms were had. It was expected that for strep we would have TIGER4, and we do, but it doesn't appear first. This is a relatively well studied and annotated organism. Plus when looking at viruses the first things found are not things which are really studied. Possible we can add a sorting by how well annotated organism is? This is a pretty speculative and hard to pin down issue.
