Improve genome browser usability

There are few things to do to a genome browser to make it more useful.

  • [x] Use names other than RNAcentral URS ids on the view.
  • [ ] On test.rnacentral.org link to test.rnacentral.org
  • [ ] Make the popups movable (or clearer that they are movable)
  • [ ] Make sure it can't be missed. See meeting comments for an example of this issue.
